This darling little sugar and creamer set is oh-so-elegant with sparkling clear glass in a quilted diamond pattern. Just the perfect size for a breakfast tray or a cozy cup of coffee or tea in the evening! Most likely made by Cambridge Glass Company in the 1930's or 1940's with high quality glass and a very similar design to the Cambridge Mount Vernon pattern that is known to have a number of different sugar/creamer sets. These lovely pieces stand 2 ½” tall with the spout of the creamer extending another ¼” and measure 2 ½” across the rims. Both pieces have tab handles, scalloped rims and a small foot. A beautiful example of Elegant Period glass, these pieces are in excellent condition, perfect in every way!

 

Any apparent cloudiness in the photos is a result of reflections, this glass is crystal clear.
