EAPG Higbee Banner Floral Oval  3 oz Wine Glass EAPG Floral Oval 3 ounce wine stem by Higbee Glass Co. Originally called Banner by Higbee this pattern is also known as Cane and Sprig and Pittsburgh Daisy. First made by J. B. Higbee Glass Co., circa 1909, and then later produced by New Martinsville Glass Mfg. Co. around 1918. A lovely pattern with a detailed cane design surrounding three pointed ovals resembling flower petals, and a pretty floral design inside each oval. The cane pattern is repeated on the underside of the round base of this 4.25 inch tall stem. In excellent condition no chips cracks or scratches, no cloudiness or purple tone. The is some slight lumpiness around some parts of the rim interior which appear to be from the original mold.
