Vtg Caprice 131 Shallow 8 inch Footed Plate Tab Handles Cambridge Elegant Glass

Elegant crystal clear Caprice shallow footed relish plate made by Cambridge Glass Company from 1936 until 1957. This lovely relish or small serving dish  measures 8 inches across and stands 1.25 inches tall on a swirled round foot. The elongated oval has  2 tab handles with a charming circular design.   A very popular pattern in its day, its popularity continues today with many collectors of this timeless pattern.  The rich swirling design blends effortlessly with many decors and is an attractive addition to any table or buffet. This piece is in very good condition with a few light use marks and one straw mark. The glass is absolutely clear and gorgeous with no yellowing or cloudiness.  There are a few tiny bubbles as is expected in glass from this period.
