EAPG Covered Butter Fashion Daisy Button Bryce Bros 1880

This lovely EAPG amber covered butter dish is called Fashion and was made by Bryce Bros. c 1880s. Also know as Daisy and Button Square, this dish is not often found in amber. It has a beautiful ruffled rim with a fitted cover. Quite an unusual shape and very striking as well, the photos really don't show the dark honey color, delicious!  Measuring 8” across its pierced rim and a little over 5” tall this piece is in excellent condition with some minor nicks and one very small chip all of which are on the inside lip of the lid. The chip shown in the 4th photo is the largest one and is a shallow chip on the inside of the lip and does not go all the way through. It measures about 1/16" thick and 3/8 wide. No other chips, cracks, scratches, damage or signs of use any where else on this dish or cover.
