Iridescent Pearl China Vase Beautiful iridescent blues and pinks almost seem to shimmer on this lovely vase. This classic design features a bulbous base sitting on a low foot nicely balanced by the two handles framing the long slender neck. Decorated with gold on the rim, foot and handles this graceful vase stands 7.5 inches tall. This piece dates somewhere during the mid-1930s when Pearl China took over and operated Pioneer Pottery and 1958 when the factory was sold. Excellent condition: The lower part of the vase has some crazing, very hard to see due to the iridescent finish. One handle has two small pinhead size spots where the gold is missing. |
